Sankalp is a South Indian restaurant in Gunjan , Vapi that serves authentic south indian dishes. The restaurant is on the first floor where there are many other food joints giving you a perfect vibe. The restaurant is very beautiful and their menu has variety of South Indian options like Dosa, idli and much more. They have amazing interior. The restaurant is hygienic, the service is quick, also you will taste the authentic food here making it the perfect place to go, if you are craving south Indian food. The restaurant is quite expensive as compare to other South Indian restaurant but then again the quality and service they provide makes your money worth it. I specially liked their Nilgiri Rice Cake and would recommend the same. Also, they serve Pan with the bill and it was delicious.

The food standard and presentation was very bad in vapi. They served the masal dosa. (in the below pic). When we complained the manager's behaviour was very rude...No regrets on his side...Very bad experience out of all sankalp restaurants that I have been...

Except the variety in chutney there was nothing tasty here.The prepration of uttapam and dosa were not at all a Sankalp Standard.Would the Raw Dosa too salty and upon informing the staff on the same i was just told that raw dosa is always abit more salty.I was like am i trying the dosa for the first time and i actually don't know how it tastes?
Anyways overall experience wasn't good.Must look into the taste more then the presentation.
