Very very bad experience firstly teach your staff how to behave .. they behave very rudely .. even not handling the kid with care .. very roughly they are handling just a sake of their duty .. and secondly .. RATE IS TOO HIGH' for 1 HOUR 350 .. .. as their are not many playing thing ....in Playing zone .. shuru hote he khatam ho rha h.. update your playing zone as you are charging high ..

Very bad experience today. Staff behaved very rudely. One leg of the chair broken down when my daughter was sitting on the chair. Instead of apology, staff told very rudely that this chair can broken down. This is not acceptable behaviour from staff who are handling children. Food quality was also poor.
