Food was not particularly memorable in comparison to other restaurants at comparable rates, but service was prompt, personnel was courteous and competent, and parking was available. The atmosphere was also pleasant. So it's a fantastic place for a family meal and everything.

Excellent service by the hotel staff, inspite of having to manage with the renovation work going on in the hotel.
Food was awesome and amazing.
The network inside the hotel is very poor hence have to come out to make calls..the Wi Fi also is very slow and begging for attention. This makes it very difficult to manage office work. Needs immediate attention.

It’s a 3.5 & not 4 :) If you’re in vapi, I don’t think so that there’s a better place for Food & Beverage. Orchid is a good restaurant with great service and relatively serves high quality food in comparison to local options. Shoutout to Aboli for always catering us well! The ala carte is wonderful, dishes usually never disappoint. The Buffet on the other hand is very average. It is very unfortunate because the only place in town that serves a buffet isn’t up to the mark. They really need to work on the consistency of the dishes sent out. The first time I ate Kundan Kaliya, it wad superb. And then every other time when I’ve had it, always a different taste, texture or colour of the gravy. It wasn’t bad all the times but it wasn’t that great either and inconsistency is not something what I expect. I think the chefs constantly keep on changing and that is the reason why the food is different every time but for a diner, it shouldn’t be evidently observable in the taste. I think this is the area where Orchid needs to seriously work on. Other than that the executive chef is a very friendly person and have always catered us well according to our dietary needs. The decor is also warm which adds to experience of comfortable dining which I like about Orchid. Must try dishes irrespective are Kundan Kaliya, Murgh Awadhi Korma & Any kebabs they cook (based on my best experiences). Also the Mutton Biryani once in buffet was really amazing. Coming to the other restaurant which is Woodlands, recently got a revamp and is doing well. It is basically south indian theme wise but serves global vegetarian cuisine. No complaints in taste, service and ambiance. Must try is Dahi ke Kebabs and South Indian fare is usually excellent.
