Poor condition of OPD service, lack of sitting arrangements, AC didn’t work, Windows were closed, with mask you can’t breath properly. No value of patient’s time. We got appointment on 10:30, we met doctor at 12:02 and left hospital at 12:30. They put great quotes and messages on their wall but I felt not a single person in their staff follow that quotes. Staff behaved like they are Gods. I found doctors are best but poor management in the huge banner hospital of our town. Very painful experience…

When we went for sonography it took more than 1 hour still having 1 or 2 pt...pt flow is good & well behaved staff

Pediatrician is kind helping to the patient. Recently my son was discharged from hospital. Treatment of my son according to overall Nursing staff and Doctor is much more aggressive and caring.
They taken right actions on right time and doing best of their knowledge.
I found mosquitoes over there in semi AC sharing room located at 4th floor and i hope hospital and house keeping team will improve on this.
Overall It's an immersive experience to treat my Son. Thanks to Team Lotus Hospital.
