I've long time association with this hospital and the doctors are great and kind. And I'm personally thankful to Dr Prakash Bhagade for saving my life.
But the reception staff was really not coperative today when my Wife's health wasn't good and I asked to see doctor as soon as possible. We waited for 2 hours until all patients were gone, then they allowed us in, which worsened my Wife's health. Management needs to take strict action against such staff which ruins the reputation of the hospital.
There should be a change in appointment allotment system, so if our number is 3 and current number is 6, next turn should be of the person holding 3 even if they've arrived late.

as said by others in reviewers.. Doctor is good.. we also waited for around 2 hrs to visit doctor.. Management has to be work on this issue...Staffs are busy gupshup near to reception only no one even care about whats going on in hospital..

Receptionist is not fair with everyone and also very rude. I only have to show report to the doc. But she waited me 3 hours and I'm still waiting.this is not the way should hospitals work. the authority should take actions in favour of patients.
