One of the worst shopkeepers to deal with when it comes to product replacement.

We bought 6 nos. of Orient i-series ceiling fans which were later recalled by the company due to manufacturing defect. Mr. Prakash (owner of the shop) denied to refund the GST amount (against business ethics). Finally we had to escalate the GST refund issue to Orient Electric Sales manager.

Also after sorting GST refund issue, we were courteous enough to buy replacement fans from Vijay Sales Corporation so as to continue business relationship. But this guy Mr. Prakash is quite arrogant and even his staff members behaved completely mannerless and treated us as if they are doing a favour to us by replacing the company recalled fans. Would suggest to avoid this shop as there are a ton of good dealers in Baroda who respect and handle customers very well and are eager to address any after sales issue.

Electronic items on very competitive price & staffs are very co-operative, but the electronic company services like LG agency who installed the application, checked your patience limit.

Good selection. Pricing is a concern. In electronics market even 1000/- difference matters for customers now a days.
