Goa is a cool place for everyone, but we had a bad time because of V Travels.
During the Diwali holidays, we booked a three-night, four-day package from V Travels, which turned out to be our worst mistake.
Everything was terrible, from the tour planning to the food and the hotel.
Whatever we were promised was a complete lie.

Vishal Soni is a manager of V Travels, a third-class travel service.
We booked a Goa tour package 3 night 4 days, there were 40 people in this trip.
It was the worst experience we'd ever had. Everything he promised was a lie.
As a tour manager, he appointed an Auto Rickshaw driver (Ashwin, Vishal's uncle). Dealing with Ashwin was truly exasperating.
The plan was to leave Vadodara by 10 am morning and reach to Goa between 12 pm to 1 pm next day. We reached Goa at 4:50 pm without providing any food. We on boarded from his office at Kirti Stambh and agreed to drop at same location. During return journey, his bus dropped us at tarsali Gurudwara at 11:30 PM.

Because there was no proper food plan, breakfast was served after 10, lunch after 4:30, and dinner after 9. The food was of poor quality. They did not provide the one-day lunch and dinner that we had arranged ourselves. Food was prepared on the dirty road and served in low-quality disposable one plate and we have to share it between two people.

He only applied for one driver for this long journey. This is extremely dangerous for all of the passengers as driving time for the driver was 10:00 am morning to the next day 4:30 pm.

Vishal showed different pictures of the Resort, and when we reached it was a small hotel with many issues.

The only bright spot was the bus driver, who was extremely helpful.
When we contacted Vishal about all of our problems, we received an arrogant response.

Third-class service; please consider this before booking your vacation with this tour company.
You are going to waste your valuable fun time with your family as well as your money.
