Very Pathetic experience. First of all not very responsible in answering. They don't communicate back to Drivers. Clearly told my specifications that 4 people and 4 luggage and they sent CNG where it won't fit. This is really bad experience to carry luggage in lap after paying good amount. This is fir Jamnagar Airport to Dwaraka

Very professional service. This is the second time I've availed their services and they are just impeccable! Just like the last time it was a hassle-free smooth experience. I trust their services so much that for any future requests for cab, UWAY is going to be my first and only choice. Thank you UWAY for giving me a delightful experience!

Last time they even accommodated my urgent request to prepone my booked cab due to an emergency. Their customer-centricity makes them as my first choice when booking a cab in future!

Tend to trevel across many cities n states but didnot find, pathetic service then this one , they say 24hrs service but hardly pick up calls nether do they response on WhatsApp... & when u ask them for bills still pending, thorough unprofessional.... big thumps down ...
