Thekarnath Mahadev temple is one of the Navnath Mahadev temples located in Yakutpura, Kishanwadi area of Vadodara There is another Dankh Maadev temple opposite Thekarnath gym, also popular as Thekarnath mahadev temple. Hence, to distinguish it from Navnath Mahadev temple, it is to be noted that the Navnath Thekarnath Mahadev temple is ahead of Dankhnath Mahadev temple, just beside Ajabdi mill, the temple has 2 Shivling inside the sanctum and so two gates. At the center is Lord Ganesha and Lord Hanuman. Water is available for jal Abhishek inside the temple. Well maintained, you really feel peace visiting the temple

Its one of the navnath mahadev. Some idiots had reported to be permanently closed. I reported it to be open. This temple would never get closed as its one of the navnath mahadev of vadodara. Do visit all navnath once a year and the best time is to visit them is Shravan (Hindu calender).

Thekarnath Mahadev symbolises the protection of human being whenever he is hurt or experiencing bad times and his upliftment towards prosperity from those times. The two Shivling in the glorious temple of Thekarnath Mahadev in Vadodara is the proof of this. There is also a small lake and a Smashan near the temple location.
