We have booked the hotel but we reached the hotel at 6 pm for check inn.Then we headed to the room we were allotted and firstly we went for freshen up and we saw the whole mess up in the wash room… water leakage and chock up. we continuously called to the room service to fix the situation but no one turned up and finally we have to go downstairs to the reception for helpThen we ordered coffee and when we pour the coffee from the jug to cup the coffee spell over all the table because they bring the coffee in broken jug and i again called to the room service for clean up and again this time no one picked up the ph for nearly half n hour then i found a clean up guy near lift and i requested him to clean up the room and finally it happened.Then we went for dinner in the dinner we were served an average food. But other then that it was ok. But every now and then we have to ask for spoon or fork MAY BE THE HOTEL HAVE A LIMITED STOCK OF utensils. Which is again not good for hygiene of the customers… also plated were in scarcity…Again we are here in the morning and we went for break fast and thank god the breakfast was good.But again the spoon and fork are in scarcity… and this time the plates were also in scarcity. As the waiter again and again coming to the table and ask for are u done sir… and i have to tell him bhai break fast 10:30 ko khatam hoga hamara.Then we again headed to the room and again we got a call from reception for check out at around 12:20 pmBut we asked for only 20 more minutes and the reception girl said sir u have to vecate the room by 12:30. Then we immediately checked out the room. But we faced the horrible experience at the fern vadodara… Never go to this hotel even if they give it for free…

Wonderful hospitality. Once I suggested my friend to stay during his visit to Baroda. Since the hotel is centrally located it’s easy to access any corner of the city in maximum 20 minutes time. Apart from location, the hospitality and reasonable rates makes the stay perfect choice for visitors arriving Baroda.

Good: The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean.
Bad: The breakfast was really bad. In case you are planning to stay there, avoid staying on the 4 th floor. 5th floor is restaurant and every chair moved in the restaurant can be heard in your room.
