The ambiance of the place is very good however the service is super slow. Also most of the items were not available on the menu. They have a special room which you can book for a special occasion and charges start from Rs 3500 onwards.

They can surely revamp the place and if all items are made available the place will be much more popular.

Food is decent and prices are reasonable.

The Dug Out Cafe is a hidden treasure... As aptly named...
It is a great place for friends, families and kids... Let it be a casual get-together sitting over bean bags and hogging some yummlicious food or a birthday party. It is managed well by the owner Vishal and his team.
The elegance of ambiance is enhanced by awesome decor as per the theme of the party. Vishal with his charming smile does not leave any stone unturned to ensure the party is a success. He personally gets involved in printing your pics and adding it to the decor to give a personal touch.
The theme decoration, cake, food and music were perfectly blended to ensure the rythm and liveliness of the party.
Though there were some hitches with the availability of crockery. But I think we were around 25+ and it could have been done away with disposable plates for cake servings.

The quality of food and the behaviour of staff especially Karan is worth appreciation. This is the place which can make your special moments memorable...

Very nice place to hangout for a long period of time without any kind of worries. The prices are also moderate so it's very flexible to anyone. It also has the Play Station so enough to make your day great at a very low price. The ambience is also great and service too. A great place to hangout and chill with friends.
