As a former employee, I don't have any particular complaints or any issues against this company. This is a good place to work. And if you get job here, you'll get salary on time. No unnecessary excuses or any other such deceptive practices that many companies in Vadodara indulge in. These guys are an exception and they pay good if you have the right talent for work.

While I found the rules somewhat constricting and rather based on an industrial mindset(along with the usual school based yes sir/yes sahib culture, a colonial mentality we still haven't unshackled ourselves from.), I guess that's the price you must pay for a good, timely salary which you won't get anywhere in Baroda except from very well known companies.

So if you wanna be here, I'd say go for it. This is good place to work and the company owner is a mature individual who deserves respect. Work good here and things will go well.

If you are looking for variety in your work, then this place doesn't have that. Note this well. But if you love films, maybe this is precisely the place you need to grow.

Me? I've not been a great employee I confess, but that doesn't mean I can't discern between which companies are good and which are scammy. This company is among the few that are good ones.

P.S... I always advice any employee who gets a job to always ensure Service Agreements are two-sided in accordance with Indian Contract Law, else they are void ab initio. If they are not two-sided, you needn't worry about Bond amounts.

I had great working experience in the SP CINECORP under Sharad sir. I Highly recommended SP CINECORP for film making and film releasing.
