Worst experience.
Communication is rude.
Fully money minded person. Was selling 43 rps sq ft tiles in 60 rps sq ft.
Worst customer handling.
He blocked my choice tiles in company to sell me in higher price. And company refused to deliver same ( to satisfy dealers ego) from my relative and friend dealer from anand and rajkot.

Amenities good
Showcase is congested
Owner is bluffing to sell tiles on behalf of my relatives.

Finally got better tiles from somani tiles vadodara. At 30 percent lower cost.

Purchased simpolo tiles from other cities noy from vadodara.

Earning is not bad. But earning for higher profits without thinking about customers is bad.

As per brand i was interested to buy the product for my new house and quality is super as their most competition with Kajaria group I must say product is good and quality and price are reasonable. Most brand ambassador is Ritik roshan. As we generally hope that any products of companies if they flash advertisement on TV or hoarding would be just good but as my thinking is if any brand ambassador is in advertising the product they are checking the quality of the product.

Nice place for selecting Tiles.
- Deals specifically to larger size tiles, smaller sizes selection is limited.
- Simpolo has many technologies,PGVT,SCS,SSS etc. Which other tile manufacturers do not has except PGVT.
- It's a bit expensive as compared to other tiles brand.
