Worst experience..Pathetic attitude of owner.
We had booked Shikhar service apartments, Vadodara, for 2 months..were asked to leave after 1 month when we reached and ended up leaving the place in 10 days because of rudeness of the owner and after them failing to provide what they claim to provide on websites and verbally confirmed.
No lift at night for first 5 days even after requesting them to keep it on for any emergency for my 90 year old parents..
After 5 days...lift completely malfunctioned..  not got repaired till next 5 days that we stayed.
There is no wifi available as mention on the website.
No housekeeping as promised and inclusive in the rates.
No TV and cable for 8 days out of 10 that we stayed.

I highly recommend Shikhar Service Apartments for a nice comfortable stay. Rameshbhai & family were very warm and accommodating and were available at our service whenever needed. The apartment was very well equipped. The bathroom and bed were clean and well organized. We had a hassle free stay. Thanks for hosting us at your apartment.

I stayed with my family for a month and I had a very pleasant stay. Neat and tidy, spacious apartment. The owner is nice person and always willing to help you out. Would like to visit again.
