The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The location is too perfect near the railway station. The breakfast is also included in your trip value. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.thank you for every thing we were very happy in our stay at shagun every thing was excelent if i come back to rome your hotel will be my first choise Very friendly for couples. you can comfortably enjoy your trip and spend the great time without any distribution. thank you

I recently had the displeasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The room was filthy and smelled like stale cigarettes and mold. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been washed in weeks. The bathroom was equally disgusting with hair and grime covering every surface.

To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They seemed annoyed by any request i made and were completely unresponsive to our complaints about the state of the room. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there.

The amenities were also a joke. I don't even get me started on the "continental breakfast" which consisted of stale bread and watery tea.

Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete waste of money and ruined my entire trip. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.
This property is only for couples who need a covered space for their enjoyment. most of the rooms were occupied with the local area youngsters couples.
this is the reason most of the rooms smelled and were dirty.
And staff also admitted that this is the only reason they did not maintain the hotel.
Housekeeping was totally neglected here .

Ideally located. All the basic room services for a traveller.. Nothing fancy but exactly what one needed. Hot showers, a nice sleep, great morning view from my room. Wifi for work. The railway station is close by and other public transport. And the staff are very helpful. A special thanks to them for making our stay comfortable...
