It was my daughter's first delivery. We had a wonderful experience. She is one of the best gynecologist, a very good human with a pleasent personality. She makes the patient feel very comfortable. The staff n sister's r very cooperative n helpful. Though we had planned for a CS baby...the staff with the help of Preeti Mam made it possible for my daughter to have a normal delivery.

The Doctor is good. But the staff is very lethargic.
In Birth Certificate, only Sagar Hospital is mentioned & Vadodara is not mentioned eventhough I had mentioned Vadodara in my handwritten Application. Further, when I showed 3 corrections during checking of application, I was told by the staff of the Hospital to give the corrections in a chit. But correction is not effected in Birth Certificate. When I told this to their staff, she insisted that she has passed on the chit to the concerned contractor and told me to contact their contractor directly. On contacting their outsourcing contractor directly, he informed me that he had not received any correction chit from the Hospital staff. The staff had not passed on such important information of corrections in address to the concerned person. The staff lady was not prepared to listen anything. This is the worst attitude I have ever seen. It is my humble request to look into the matter and suitably punish the concerned lady staff.

The Dr is really good. Talks to the point and gives proper guidance. One star that i have given is just because of the UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Pathetic. Very laid back attitude. They talk to the patients and their relatives as if we are getting free treatment. Hopeless…The Ac and fridge of the special room doesn't work properly. The charges for the room are 3500. To collect a mediclaim file from the staff is Big Big Task. There will be lot of mistakes and when you ask them whether the correction is done they will yes and when you see there will be hell let of mistakes. And after that they give you reasons that sister is not available and many other things.. DR PRITI needs to look into this and do the necessary changes. Thanks.
