The sound system and viewing experience are really great! But seats need to be improved.

We watched Flash-2D here. Overall movie experience was great but
The seats which we selected ...screen 3- lounge seat ... One of them was badly broken and anothers reclining buttons were not working ????????... So there was nothing such as recliner seats!
Please take care of the maintenance part.

Very nice experience. Sound quality deserves a huge shout out... But the screen quality was hampered by the red light. The lights installed on steps and exit sign board was reflected on the screen which gave the picture a red color effect which was not pleasant at all. Requesting PVR to take note of this.
