Resort is very spacious. Rooms are good but it's very old resort. Requires maintenance. They charged 5 star price, but food was not upto the mark.
If they have marriage function in their hotel, other visitors are just ignored. My sister was fell sick, ordered one sprite in hotel room, they charged 200 for 40 rs bottle.
Should care about their all customers.
Front desk operation is too slow, it takes 30 45 minutes to clear the bill.

They changed the rooms our host had pre-booked as per their convenience when we went for check-in. Front Desk is extremely rude and behaves as if they are doing a favour by providing room. Staff is no good as well.

I do not recommend booking this place for your important guests with family.

Great dinning but a bit expensive. However, great taste comes with a price so justifiable. Must visit for Barodians. We gifted our friend first night room in it, which was a fabulous experience for the couple. Wedding parties are also well organized. Overall, it's a ideal place for parties, family functions and romance.
