The store manager was not allowing us to sit on first floor telling he needs to start ac and asked us to sit in ground floor which was very uncomfortable for us as we need to do some mails and for that we required an silent space, when we asked him to let us talk to franchise owner then whe called customer care and reported the issue then he allowed us to sit, this behaviour was not acceptable for us from such a big brand

Nice location comfortable setting and hot and tasty pizza only required good management for training for staff because they forgot to serve beverage with pizza we again request about our beverage than after we got the same but till the time pizza was finish

Worse experience here for staff . it was noisy and hot. First we sat on the table and we told staff to bring water for atleast 4 times. We can see the person who's going here to there but not giving us water. After some times we told him little bit aggressively then he gave us water. We received water after 10 mins sitting and waiting. Second there wasn't proper space for sitting.and where we sat there's AC was not on , when we asked about it then they said isn't working so we told twice to the staff once to a pizza serving person and second to the order desk person to on AC. They said it's not working. After we ate our half meal,other person came and with them one staff member came. And turned on AC. Im not understanding what was the attitude and behaviour is this? What's wrong with them. Is this the behaviour with customer. And how can you treat one customer good and one customer like this. We also have given every single penny of our food. Then how can you treat customer like this. we're not any roadside persons. It's so disgusting and disrespectful. I'll never go there and nore give any other person suggetion to go there. If you can't respect your customer then closed the outlet.
And about food. Food was okay okay but they were out of Schezwan sauce at peak time of dinner. Seriously and it was Friday when they offer Friday special unlimited pizza meal. It's not impressive ????
