I replaced my Adata SSD having RMA no AM05G-20Axx27

Firstly I visited them on 28th October in evening (almost closing time) and submitted my SSD.
Wheh I reached home I found product I submitted have different model number and serial number on RMA Job sheet. So I called them on October 29th and explained the issue and they simply provided me updated RMA on WhatsApp. But I was told that product replacement can take upto seven to thirty days to get replaced.

I later emailed an email to Adata to replace it as early as possible and I had revert from them on 2nd November and call as well that i can collect my replacement unit from Parishram Infotech Service Center in a day or two.

On 3rd of November I had a call from Service Center to collect my SSD.

OVERALL ITS A FAST AND QUICK EXPERIENCE FOR ME.

Staff is also nice and hear your product issue and also try to get them fix as early as possible for you.

Now I have received a brand new SSD replacement from Adata and thanks goes to Prisharam Infotech as well.

Just because I visited them in Covid Situation so would like to update that they are following all Covid guidelines by govt and do not allowing more than two persons in store/service center. Every person in staff (Sales, Repair) wearing masks as well. And not allowing anyone without mask either.

Also note that, staff is very helpful on phone support as well. They hear you query properly on calls as well and give you proper resolution.

Atleast in my case they were. And I never feel they are trying to be hurry.

Unfortunately I do not have any pictures from store but address mentioned by them is correct.
