Food was okay, but hygiene was not maintained clearly.. Some examples-
Just over the door of the kitchen, they have mentioned a notice that - Smoking is strictly prohibited.
But their own employee making something inside was having Bidi..! And he threw it in the kitchen only.
Another, I noticed the same guy was full of perspiration and he washed hands inside the kitchen then he sprinkled that water stuck to his hands inside the big size container in which something was already being cooked! Very disgusting????
People working in the kitchen were not clean and tidy, even looks like they have not changed their clothes for at least a week..
There is garbage dumping site nearby and you can feel that foul smell inside of this dhaba..
So, if they improve on these hygiene related points, that could be a better option for frequent visits.

We went to this place with the Refrence of our foodie friends and it turned out to be a success ???? we ordered seasonal special sarson da saag with makke de roti ???? we also ordered paneer butter ???? masala and Punjabi kadi (pakora), with lachha paratha ???? everything was perfectly seasoned and tempered with white butter ????. They were all delicious ????. Owner Baljeetsing Saini is an amazing host taking care of each table personally which added more value to the entire experience. He had good ???? culinary sense and good customer service. It’s worth going 14 km away from vadodara city ???? and spending time and money ???? with friends and family.

Nirmal hotel is a place where you find best punjabi food, daal makhni and kheer very yummy
One more thing I observed is that owner going table to table and asking about taste quality and suggestions????
