Overall it is best location for living, location is best, wind direction etc best, But Parking space is not adequate as required. Also I have personally faced leakage problem in concealed plumbing work, due to this I have faced too much hurdles in past and to resolve the major leakage of concealed water line I have to carry out the work by dismantling of bathroom tiles and fixing new one by major expenditure. It may be happened because of the lack of supervision during construction. And the gyeser point has been provided below the shower point, it's very dangerous looking to the safety point of view.
