Very bad management by tour manager named Akhtar. He told in Bikaner hotel to check out at 12:00 hrs. But hotel manger came and told to check out at 10:00 hrs. At Vaisnodevi he adjusted 2 families in single room. Very bad quality of food served excluded 1 or 2 days. Many times we have to eat in hotel for quality. Kitchen stuff used for make food not washed properly, its stinks. Bus not stopped for washroom at proper location. Food not served timely. Hotel rooms booked not so good. Only Bus provided is good. Others all things worst.
