It is 5 star property. Location is perfect. You will find peace and fun together. Property require maintenance. That's why giving 4 star. Food is fresh. Felt like homemade food. Best weekend gateway from vadodara and near by places. Staff and manager are really polite & friendly. Saw women are working there. That's really cool.

The Resort needs upgrading at every level. Staff/Manager not available for any assistance, they roam around. Rooms are in bad condition, handles for doors are not there, Television doesn't have any channels. The waterpark has lost maintenance and rides are not working also unhygienic water. The adventure games part is totally off, No assistance for any games. Even Indoor games are not maintained. The train shown in the picture is not working. Food offerings are like they are just meant for doing their job, No options for food, more than half the stuff mentioned in the Menu Card is not available. Hell with the taste. No hospitality at all. Even the bedsheets in which we stayed in the Deluxe Category were dirty. TV Remotes without the batteries. The overall experience was very bad and I don't recommend it for a night stay.
