Very bad experience, booked a ticket of 1700 for A/C bus, but got no Cabin, No A/C, no water bottle just water drops from roof. When asked the conductor for seat, he said you only booked it, how would I know if there would be a seat without cabin, they charge full money but give no service. Also attaching the seat that I was alloted. It was very difficult for me to survive this journey as it was more than 12 hour journey and overnight. The bus came 1 hour late and they offer no any facility at their office to sit while waiting for bus to come. Worst experience of bus journey till date.

Staff ov MR travels is not that good . They are taking ladies customer mobile numbers from their list and calling them unnecessary. I have felt this kind of situation which is not good for a big travel company. Staff is coming again and again to the cabin and knocking unnecessary, asking for ratings and screenshots of the same. And asking for stoppage also .

Travelled from Jaipur to Vadodara, Bus came on time at pick up point in Jaipur. Overall experience was good till the time I reached the destination. I recommend one should consider traveling through this Bus.
