Bought total 3 AIr Condition (AC) since 2021. After sales service is totally Worst… even after calling multiple times only taking sweet language to give false services.
Even after calling multiple times to provide after sales service not a single time given service to all my three ACs bought by them.

My request to all consumers please don’t trust these shop at all any cost.

Worst experience. After taking money, customer becomes enemy for them. After taking money and not delivering product, they wish customer don't visit them. Always make fool of customer by giving fake promise. Never buy from this fraud showroom. They are making fool since last two days that they will do online order of chimney which they could not deliver, they don't do online order too by saying that pick hours are going...once you pay, you are no more customer for them and they wish you don't come to showroom too. Totally unprofessional behaviour

Worst experience of life. Never buy any product from here. Don't get carried away from suger coated words of owner. He is the most pathetic person, plays round and round foolish game of kids. Highly unprofessional. Never deliver the correct product and gives fake promises on phone. He has mastered Procrastination. Negotiate for the price at the time of delivery. When you visit him to cancel order and money refund, His tone will be different. Better to buy from Reliance or other brand store, they deliver what they promice.
