Pathetic service. Staff do not respond for warranty within a month of purchase. No service no response on phone. Some girl keeps the phone with her and never responds to call or message. Even after producing invoice and proof of purchase, she does not book a service call. Such an unprofessional service. Stay away from these outlets.

There are far better places to buy Electronics from... Stay Away from this place... If you are brave enough to buy your next electronic item than never ever pay in advance, else be prepared for hectic time ahead... you will experience rude staff while inquiring over the phone for the product we have paid full in advance.

Very worst experience with this shop i have purchased fridge from here they have delivered it at night 11:15 pm but we have thought about that tempo person and accepted the delivery but we are staying at 2nd floor and my stairs are little bit narrow so we have kept our fridge in my jeth's house for night the tempo person told us that he will come next day and will transfer the fridge in my house he said that the technician will come to open fridge door but the whole got over nobody came to our house we have called tempo person to kalpana enterprise but but nobody too the responsibility they are worst people and not thinking about their customer I will not suggest anybody to go there and purchase anything
