The reality is: first of all they want you to pay full year! 1700 dollars for foreigners even if you pay by rupees, they charge you month fee not how much you stay which is not fair, the facilities are ok, they make you sign many papers, the gym has timings and you have long queues because of Covid 19, and no pool for now, the sports facilities are good, there are only shared rooms, check the pictures for the reference, they give you basic things for the room and basic student kit which are nice, but the infrastructure need to be fixed, dirty bathroom, not painted walls, dusty, not cleaned beds mats, the cleaning people only comes 1 per week (if they come) and they just do superficial work (mostly you do yourself) the laundry is twice per week only for 6 cloths, the plagues control people comes 1 per week, often there is no water in the taps regularly and toilet, there is hot water mid morning and mid afternoon but it is done by burning tonnes of wood outside (not good for environment) we need to save it, as usual in India light goes off, the WiFi stops working here and then, or plugs or AC stops working, the mess food is just ok for survival (Indian mess is much better) mostly carbs and dhal that's all, you have many restrictions, you can't go out of campus without permission and you must return before 19:30... and everyday you need to report yourself at 22:00 to the rector, some people buy kitchen and fridge but if you exceed the power (easily with those two things) or water they charge you extra so if you have extra money is better to stay somewhere else.
Be aware of paying your fees, otherwise you are going to have lots of troubles!

My daughter is complaining of mess food cockroach was found. Distance from college to hostel is killing her health. Water should be on every floor for drinking, no warm water in bathrooms, a mini fridge for every room. You people can afford! Food court is too good better than mess food and nowhere on campus milk is available, a chemist in campus to get regular medicines, stationary shop in campus does not have most of the things students need.

Security wise its good.
Hygiene is not so good, they should consider wiping surfaces and floors with floor polish and detergents.
Main entrance closing times should be extended from 2130 hrs to at least 12 midnight, you cant expect international students to be locked like animals at that time..you wont even have enough time to go to the market..its a tertiary institution and students should be treated better
