Offline booking is very smooth, if you arrive late night in the city you can contact them. Also it's better than hotels near to railway junction, you can sleep peacefully in AC rooms. Value for money if you go for offline booking.

worst hotel, 2000rupees per day is very expensive in this hotel, rooms and bathrooms not good and food is also not good , better don’t stay in this hotel

Very unprofessional hotel and staff. I have booked the room online through Agoda and paid beforehand but once I reached the hotel they denied the entry to me. After contacting Agoda customer care they called the hotel staff and I could see the call coming at the mobile phone of the guy at reception but he was not answering the call. In the end Agoda refunded my booking amount and apologised for the trouble.
