He refused to give me room inspite of a tele confirmation recieved from the numbers mentioned on the Google map. don't trust these people with any bookings they may refuse any time. No coordination between desk. I had to face a akeard situation in midnight.

Good hotel but very high rate also things in hotel are very old like towel , bed sheets also very old & some are dirty
near to railway station & convenient to all market as well

Service was not good. Towels given were not clean and washroom was not cleaned up properly before alloting the room. One of the restaurants where dinner was arranged for a day, (restaurant where they have tie up) seemed very unhygienic had requested them to suggest other restaurant. (This was not tie up restaurant)
