If you have a tight budget then you can stay in this hotel, don't expect too much cleanliness in non ac rooms, as the property is old, though the location is great and you can save on travelling to key places in city, restaurants and shopping complex are nearby. Hotel staff is cooperative.

Worst hotel I have ever seen.
The rooms are full of dirty, duplicate packing of water bottle , bathroom fitting are damaged and no blankets are ever washed

This is only an average budget stay in Vadodara.
They pretend to be very strict in check in check out timings. When I arrived at 10 AM, they said check-in time is 11 AM, so next day you will have to leave the hotel 1 hr before the check-out time to compensate the extra time I occupied. What a peculiar policy I have never faced anywhere throughout India. Normally hotels manage early check-ins if it is only an hour earlier.
