The only good thing they have going for them is the rooms.. Apart from that everything is bad.
Firstly, As soon as you open the tap for water, you will find black particles. That is because they don't clean their tank.
Secondly, every morning they have shortage of water. So most days you have to go to your meetings without bath.
Thirdly the breakfast is bad. There was hair in the food and when asked about it they said it can happen to anyone. They didn't even take the blame. Also next morning there was a big moth on the water glass and I took a picture of it. They didn't even bother to Clean the glass.
Fourthly, they gave the leftover food of previous day's breakfast for the next breakfast.
The experience was overall bad. Really bad.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Now there are ants on the table. And glasses still they don't clean. Also fridge in the room is full of moulds.

Though the property is bit out of Vadodara city, it's in a comfortable place and well maintained. Main room, bath room are largely spacious. In addition a kitchen space as well. Literally a studio apartment. Bed is comfortable. But amenities are poor. Necessary things are not in room. Hot kettle with tea accessories are there, but no cups to prepare, which means improper surveillance by the house keeping. Restaurant is totally vegetarian with Multi cuisine and tasty. Moderate rates and pleasing manners of staffs.

I have been to Tikhas. . it's restaurant.
I liked the food.
Hygiene is maintained and looks like 3-4 ???? restaurant.
We got a complementary coupons ..
Staff is also good and Frank.
Although it was buffet, we were still served...
Service is good.
