An okish bus service. For the price i would expect to get a water bottle atleast. The bus was half an hour late, had to call them again and again for updates, no update received from their side about the delay. Apart from this it was good.

Worst people of the life they lady sitting in counter is busy with watching the reels rather than attending clients
She asked me give soft copy of id proof then she tells need zerox copy
I did not understand that how she got is sitting on counter without knowing difference between soft nd hard copy.
When I wanted to say something she is arrogantly replied me

Right now, it's 12.35 am. I am traveling with my family. Till now, I've faced following issues.

01. They have changed all 04 of my seats without any prior notice. i.e. I am traveling by last berth, instead my rightful first berth.

02. The bus departed 15 minutes earlier than it's departure time. My fellow travelers almost missed it.

03. The driver and the attendent are damn rude. Shouts and yells at the passengers about anything and everything. I don't understand why are they in so much hurry.

04. Driver is in such a hurry that 5 minute urinal break at Paldi made him mad and he almost left me, while mistreating a lady in my family. No manners.

05. There is no proper toilet facility at Ahmedabad location. Where many of you require it after 2 hours of journey.

Let's hope this doesn't get any worse.
