Went to buy honey from the vanganga outlet in Alkapuri, Vadodara today (11/12/2020) at 2.45 p. m., but the lady at the counter refused to give the honey saying that it was lunch time and that I should come back to purchase the honey after 3.00 p. m. since it was her lunch time ( there is no mention of the lunch time in the official website) even though she was relaxing with two other ladies. When I asked why she was refusing, she was very rude and said that since it was lunch time, I will have to wait. Then I again visited the outlet at 6.00 p. m. and purchased the honey since it was urgently required by me for medicinal use. When I told the lady that I had to come back for the honey from my house which was 8 Kms away, she rudely said that if I can wait in a bank, then why not here. It was a big insult to me in front of the other customers. So I would like to request you to post someone courteous at your outlets so that customers like me do not have to suffer like this.

worst behavior from gate staff , in this page they provide security number but he knows nothing about his office staff , he just simply saying I don't know anything... , and also if u ask anyone's contact number from inside staff he also know nothing.... so my concern is that if he doesn't know anything so why they provided this number....
