This is the Vadodara Urban Primary Health care centre. This totally controlled by government.
Good points are
1. They don't charge for case paper. It's absolutely free.
2. They well manage the people in hospital.
3. They even provide medicine free of cost which are prescribed by doctor.
4. Doctor are nice they address every patients properly.
5. Any one can take treatment for free here.
Need to improve points are
1. Cleanliness should be improved.
2. Washroom should be more better.
