We got all of our third trimester checkups and delivery done here. Dr. Priti Thakor is a very good informed doctor with a lot of experience. The nursing home is clean and attends the patient very well.

Very messy management system in place. We had to wait for an hour just to see the doctor even after taking an appointment. They need to take some training about time management.

Doctors are below average. They seem to be working without any interest. Poor communication can be seen across all staff.

I would strongly advise against using this practice.

Since, today morning had phone call and get the confirmed scheduled appointment as per the their normal practice, but during visit at clinic as per confirmed schedule time slot the reception staff asked to visit again in view of madam have conference meeting or call. Is it possible the emergency conference call set and new patient who wait till evening for the confirmed appointment used to forcely ask today have not possible for OPD as said above reason.

Not fair.....as a Long service medical practicener have such protocol or system for the appointment and OPD. If not possible than
Inform via same communication chanel as patient connected about no possibility for the day OPD.
