Such a hopeless customer service team. My order got delayed on the birthday of my wife because of this team. order was put one day prior to the date. Will never ever recommend them. They have no control over their so called partners and respect for customer. They are providing very poor service. They don't understand the feelings behind any occasion. Money minded business only.

I use Ferns N Petals from years and I love their arrangements and eggless cakes.

Avani helped me a lot with my orders. They are best!! I would definitely recommend them without a doubt.

Been a long standing customer of FnP, especially their branch in Vadodara; but I've off late had some thoroughly disappointing experiences with this outlet. The lady in charge has no mathematic acumen (square foot and running foot are the same apparently
????), very inappropriate attitude towards paying cutomers. I think hence forth I'm better off engaging with other florists in town. Guess, so will you. :)
