Very very very Poor management and facilities, all persons who standing behind the receptions desk was arrogant, manners less. They don’t know how to talk with customers, Infrastructure of Hotel is Outstanding but due to lack of management it wasted. Keyless entry and so many facilities was not working properly. Manager was more worst than all receptionist He must be like this because he was a head of that all arrogant receptions. Manager has not management skill but he knew that very well “how to turn matter in other subject” , May be it was a skill of management. Housekeeping staff is only very humble and polite. I think because of Housekeeping staff this Hotel is running smoothly. I will never visit again this hotel. It was worst experience.

Good food and good ambience but most of the times it feels like they are not in hospitality- in stead they are in business of saying no.

Staff attending at restaurant is mostly very friendly and cooperative..

But banquet staff and rules are quite stubborn. firstly- their banquet space is very old and dull but since food is good i tried to host event here twice and all requests are denied.
Once I simply requested them to take my order for a group in advance and they can prepare once we arrive as usual ala carte. They said i have to pay full amount in advance for just telling them my menu... for another larger event in a banquet they denied to make anything as per request. No deviations feom standard menu. These seem very unreasonable ... i wish they were a little flexible...
