Excellent hotel with clean setup. However, there are a few things to be improved in quality of service but overall good.
- Such as proper details of mandatory check-in requirements for international travellers.
- Proper room setup prior to customer arrival, without missing details. I.e Milk for tea/coffee, remote, toiletries

Home when you don't have a home in Vadodara. Nice and clean place. Staff is amazing. Glass house restaurant has amazing cuisine. Hats off to staff for the hard work they are puts in to make guests so comfortable. Rooms, ???? cozy as you are in your own bedroom..Thank you Eastin.

We recently stayed at Eastin Residences Vadodara and were blown away by the exceptional service provided by Priyanka. Her exceptional customer service and welcoming attitude were the sole reason we chose this hotel. I had called the hotel earlier, and Priyanka was the one who assisted me in making the decision to book with them.

When we arrived at the hotel, she helped to smooth our check-in process and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, including finding us a larger room to accommodate three guests. Her exceptional customer service and welcoming attitude made our stay at the hotel a memorable one.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay, all thanks to Priyanka!
