The most horrible experience I have had with any doctor till date. I was met with extremely rude behavior and I was made inexplicably uncomfortable that I had to get up and leave an ongoing test. This was my first appointment with this doctor. 1. Upon asking simple questions regarding the medication prescribed, the response received was passive aggressive ("If the medicines would have any side effects why would I prescribe them to patients"), I don't understand what is expected out of a patient to put their entire trust on a doctor the first time they are consulting them and are denied asking questions. 2. Second instance was when I was ready on the table for a test but the door to the room was being opened and closed numerous times and it was making me uncomfortable and startled, to which I was asked rudely as to why I am being startled, I mentioned the reason being the constant door opening and closing, to which I got a chuckled and rude response as to how would someone enter if the door isn't opened. My point being, it should happen once or twice if the patient is already lying on the table in a certain position. 3. There was a breach of my privacy, which I realized only later. My whole case was discussed with me in front of other patients in the room and after I realized that that was the case, I wasn't able to engage in any further discourse, adding to my discomfort more so. All in all, the least to expect from a profession this noble is to not just be good skilled, but also have minimum levels of empathy to deal with patients.

My experience is not good,since I had already diagnosed PCOD patients long back ago but these people are taking extra consultation fee for PCOD patients that is very strange for me and asking me to do unnecessary blood test that is not at all the solution..For only 100 rps medicine they asked me to do 3500 rps test and after that also they have asked to do some more test that definitely I will not do and last thing when I asked receptionist for consultation fee validity so she told it depends on doctor that is totally disappointing for me.

I wish google had more than 5 stars. I would give infinite starts to Doctor Binal Shah. She is an excellent doctor. Understands, respects and treats her patients with care. I have had the best experience with her. My complicated delivery was normal and was done smoothly only because we had Binal Shah. I can't thank her enough for what she has done for me. She is an angel for me and my family. Thank you Dear Doctor Binal Shah for everything.
