It was quite some time that I had been to dominos. However this experience is worth sharing. They have modified food preparation ( It could be due to too much external chemicals, preservatives .) , one must consume Pizza when hot else even after 15 minutes It will loose charm. You need to be extra cautious with staff, they seemed quite raw. The background music is loud & they almost wisper, if you ask them again they get irritated. Not worth visiting. They are also not keeping tissues papers & ketchup is to be paid if you take away.

Center the customer’s perspective. They should not need to care about the business arrangements behind the scenes. If you sell something to them, you are (at least morally) responsible for their experience.

Location, Pizza and Service time was good. Some staffs are not as courteous as other. Initially first staff was slightly arrogant as he said they don't accept card or UPI, and I'll need to pay by cash. Later he said, we won't accept further orders due to rush hour.

But glad that another staff came and took over and thus I was able to pay by UPI and also add another pizza to my order and so I am giving 4 stars.

Kindly make sure all staffs are well trained as you might simply loose customers because of the casual attitude of one staff and negligence towards customer service.
