Nothing to say about pizza, it’s well known. The place is clean and sitting area is decent.

Pathetic pizza ever. The cheesy Pizza was too sour. The veg topping pizza was also too unappetizing. By looking at them, I did not like to even taste it. The topping was so random. At the taste... So bad. I am never going to any Domino's from now.

We went to this place on a weekday afternoon. We used to visit this place a lot in pre-covid time. We were visiting this place after about 2 years and see a lot of difference.

There were no one at the entry to check temperature or offer sanitizer. Thankfully we were carrying our own sanitizers. The sitting arrangements were all reduced to basic minimum.

We ordered our usual favourites - fully loaded pizza mania, paneer zingy parcel and cold drink. To our surprize, the zingy parcel was reduced in size (almost the half) than what we had before. (Photos attached)

We requested for bottled cold drink instead of open glass, however we were told that they offer only drinks in glass (I could see bottles in their fridge though).

A glass of cold drink (costing Rs 60) wasn't enough and we requested for water. We saw their water dispenser has been removed. To our surprize we were told that they don't offer free water in glass any more. We need to buy (their overpriced) water bottles.

It was indeed a terrible experience at Domino's. There are several local Pizza stores around that offer far better service and taste than Domino's Pizza.

Overall, this outlet (and Domino's) is best avoided.
