I am an American, traveling to India for my second time. This hotel has all the comforts and amenities of a very well run hotel that you would expect in the US and more. Staff are hugely friendly and accommodating. Frankly, way better than we otherwise experience in the US. The rooms are absolutely the same as a nice US hotel. Comfortable beds, walk-in shower, TV, ironing, board, everything. The restaurant on the second floor is a major plus. Buffet breakfast in the morning as well as a very affordable dinner buffet in the evening. Mostly Indian food. Don’t be afraid. Try it. It’s really good. They also have dishes that would be more comfortable for Western travelers - burgers, sandwiches, pizza, pasta etc.

We went to their restaurant.
1. Their parking is awfully designed. After one parks it at the underground parking, there is no access to the hotel. One has to get out on the street and re-enter.....before you jump onto conclusions, not everyone trusts valet parking
2. I didn't become a fan of the food as it was average. It wasn't worth the money I paid.

3. Banquet Staff is good. I would really appreciate if the staff would speak in any Indian language but English. It's so over-rated.

Loved the experience....Everything is nice and clean. At every step there are markers for map of the hotel. Staff is extremely courteous. Food quality is very good. Service by staff is remarkable. Indoor pool, open terrace garden and gym facilities available. The hotel is nearby to Inorbit mall that’s like walking distance. Surrounding area is quite and clean.
