Hospital is good but admin staff doesn't sounds so professional. In hospitality industry you need to be more polite with your potential customers.

Coral hospital is the best place for orthopaedic specialist in Vadodara. I got left leg and foot major injury when accident it was operated by Dr. Krunal Patel sir who is very polite in behaviour also a generous person as well. Dr.krunal Patel sir are very kind and well behaved. Hospital is very clean with its good accommodation. Nursing staff are pretty much good , they are serving 24 hours for patients. I am happy to get admitted over here. Now I am much better for their blessing as well.
Duniya kahe che Doctor Bhagvan hoi che te vat sachi che, mara mate Dr.Krunal patel sir Bhagvan che , Now my life is set because of only Dr. Krunal Patel sir.

This review is regarding the new physiotherapy doctor "JALPA SHAH" at Coral hospital. This doctor disrespects her patient and tried to trick as well.
On first day, this doctor decided 300 rupees charge for first day and 250 for rest 14 days ( for my mother) after reading my mother's file.
On third day she again charged 300 by giving excuse that 50 rupees extra will be charged for "exercises" (this is not a valid reason as doctor knew the complete scenario at time of joining).

From past 3 years I am visiting Coral hospital for my mother's cervical treatment and never hesitated to spend money on my mother's treatment.

When my mother asked about this, she disrespected her by saying no conversation of 250 rupees happened on day 1 and my mother was bargaining like sabzi market. These were doctor's words.
When I confronted her, like a trickster she said that she informed my sister (who came with my mother on day 1) that 300 charge will be taken regularly. I confirmed with my sister, that no such conversation happened.
Dr. Krunal (orthopaedic) is a fine doctor, but this hospital is absolutely not recommended for physiotherapy treatment after this experience.
