However committed my 2nd review aftr i get my desired pendent after missing out 2 date finally staff kept words this time to get my pendent on 15th dec..however came to know tht we have to pay advance to book n see the pendent after writing google review..when customer is so keen to buy i feel the product should be called up early or should be available in the store without booking amount..however thnks to the staff to stand wit words this time.

I like my recent purchase at Caratlane, Vadodara. Shabeena was of utmost help to us. She was patient and charming throughout our purchase. I also liked all of them present there. All were very cordial and helpful. I would like to visit again here.
