I had my c section delivery done at Balaji in Feb 2023. The experience to start with is kinda mixed.. when i first visited the hospital it didn't give me a good vibe, Dr Padma mam is straightforward in nature and she would remind you of your naani or daadi who is strict but caring. i felt the receptionist is rude in nature so overall it was a disappointing experience and i was unsure if i want to continue here or not.
But then found out one of my friends knew the doctor for a long time and is going through pregnancy at the same time as mine. This gave me the confidence to go ahead with the hospital.
Trust me when i say this, you have to be as Frank and candid with doctor. And then slowly we connected well and the best part Padma mam answers all your questions in depth.
On my operation day, i requested the team to play some music and they played music for me too! The team is sweet, caring.. only thing is we got to be as frank as possible.
And the professional experience says it all.
So if you are planning to consult, make sure you are frank and open in attitude.
1 star reduced for the negative first impression of the hospital. Suggestions that I would make: pls pls keep the hospital atmosphere positive and friendly. Receptionist mam pls share a smile while you talk to the visitors.

Worst decision ever to come to this hospital and consult with dr. Padma iyenger.
She is most arrogant doctor and lady i have came across in my life.
She is definitely not patient friendly and intimidating to her patients. Aa a patient i don’t feel sharing anything with her as she judges in a negative way.
Receptionist is not professional and doesn’t know how to manage appointments. She is worst with her behaviours.
Hospital washrooms are unhygienic.

Extremely efficient doctors and staff members! Dr. S.R.iyengar is very friendly and knowledgeable.
My father was in serious condition and the team here at Balaji Hospital took care of the situation very professionally!
I will rate this hospital 10/10.
