Complex consisting of 4 towers and a club house with a small garden.
Very well maintained and clean society.
Club house got renewed recently.
Located on somnath temple cross road.
City bus got started recently.
Few more amenities will be added shortly.
Nice place to stay in.

AVADH GROUP CHOR !!!
Gutter water problem in entrance !! Can not enter in your own home.
very bad construction quality, no management, bad people, bad service, never buy home from AVADH GROUP, Lot of problem in home and they are not ready to solve it, rain water comes in house walls, Doors with crack, bad Drainage connections, third class finishing(worst than Government colony), bad quality glasses used, bad quality wall colour, lot of cracks on walls(even if new construction), third class tiles with scratches, Bad behavior with customers and ignoring attitude. Big mistake of life that I bought home here !

NO RCC road in society, just a desi cement road which started cracking. and Builder not ready to solve.

I will update if they do corrections,

Better to buy GOVERNMENT QUARTER !!!

"Avadh Aashray" has 4 tower each has 5 floor. Tower A is in very good location.
As far as location is concern it is in very prime location.

So may renter are attracting to live such a wonderful flats.
