It was my first trip with Arihant Travel.
Owner is very friendly and straight forward. Gave me clarity on terms & conditions. Driver assigned was very good, cooperative and caring.
Rates were also quite competitive.
I would like to again prefer him.

I have recently travelled to ujjain in December 2022,The owner of arihant travels Mr Riteshbhai was very helpful but the hotel which I got and alloted by arihant travels in ujjain was not so good. No room services, not even a water jug was given to us, and every now and then they are asking for payments even though we have already paid to arihant travels.
My opinion is that check the hotel reviews before travel and make sure you get the best hotel for which you have paid and committed for, as it's a matter of your hard earn money.
