They don't sell Genuine Original products (other then lg). Highly un-professional people. They mis-sell there products. I purchased a Daikin ac from them and paid full money (big mistake)at that time but they send the damaged and already opened product at home when I demand for replacement they showed us again already opened products only aur bole ki aise hi aata hai product. At the time of installation of ac.. instead of sending Daikin service guy they send some local ac repair guy (installing ac other than company affects company warrenty and free service). I insisted from them to send Daikin service guy only. After a series of tackling some mental harrasment from them I ask for refund which initially they refused but after some serious consumer complaint dhamki they agreed.. that too they gave money a week later after calling them multiple times.
I would highly recommend to not buy anything from them if you want to save yourself from all this "mathapachi" and time. And their staff is rude and lies a lot.

Nice staff , nice explanation of the products and also readily available . Overall best place to buy
