Staff was in Training, so only 1 executive was available. Long queue of customers waiting..!

Needs little bit of quick communication and commitment skills.

I had to take 4 rounds, to and fro twice.
If from office somebody had called me not to come at the given time as the work was not yet done. Could have saved my time and fuel both.
And also, the mood. But you see, as customers we also have to keep a happy and smiling face. TOLERANCE As " koi baat nahi Bhaiya" .....thats what we can say.

Kuch jyada bola toh no future mein support. ????

Also team members need to be trained as how to behave in front of customers. The general 21st century skills.
Whatever issues you guys have in between plz don't talk about it in front of customers, it is not taken In right spirit.
And you guys are observed and judged. There are always many eyes watching you.
